COVID-19 POLICY: At this time RETURNS can ONLY be done on defective items and you have 7 days from receipt of the item to contact us regarding defective items. It is a public health issue that we have no control over. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are in the midst of a pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.
SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
- *Returns or Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. No exceptions.*
- *Returns will only be accepted if item is in new condition with original tags and packaging. Return will be denied otherwise.*
- *Customer is responsible for all or any return shipping charges which will be deducted from store credit refund.*
- *Only store credit will be provided on all returns. No refunds are given, no exceptions. The store credit does not expire and has no restrictions.*
- *Please allow 2-3 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed once we receive it in our warehouse.*
- We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during shipment, we asked that you file a claim through the shipping carrier.
- Please note that backpacks, purses, wallets, figures, and pins will sometimes have some irregularities such as dips, stitching, or small ink spots as examples. These are not consider defects or flaws and do not qualify for a return or exchange.
- All over print items will have different placements on each product, we do not offer return or exchanges based on specific placements nor can we guarantee you a specific placement.
- Our team will do our best to inspect every item before shipment for major flaws such as rips, tears, unravel stitching, or missing paint.
- *Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges unless approved by our support department and accompanied by return form. All transactions are final.
- SALE and MYSTERY BOX items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
REPLACEMENTS ON SOLD OUT/UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
We cannot guarantee that we will have replacements for sold out or unavailable items and a refund may be issued instead. All replacements and refunds will be at the discretion of customer support.
We are not able to exchange sizes or offer replacements for apparel that were sent in the size ordered.
Apparel may not be worn or washed and must have all original tags attached.
Non apparel items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.

- In stock orders ship within 1-2 business days (Weekends excluded). If there is any delay on shipping, you'll be notified through email immediately.
- An email with a tracking number will be sent out once item has shipped.
- If your package is lost, stolen or damaged please file a claim through the shipping company.
- Your entire order will be shipped out all at once. If some items on your order are not in stock, we will hold off shipping until your entire order becomes in stock. For fastest delivery, please place separate orders.
- In stock orders start processing right away so we can not cancel or change an order once submitted. Please make sure all your billing and shipping information is correct before placing any orders.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES Packages returned because of purchaser error or refused delivery are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Customers should contact UPS to arrange alternate delivery. World 1-1 Games is not responsible for any additional delivery costs associated with changes or upgrades.

- Shipping is only available within the US.
1. Shipping is NOT FREE for Wholesale customers. You will be provided a shipping quote after placing your order as the cost of shipping depends upon the weight and dimensions of packaging required.
2. Wholesale orders cannot be placed on PRE-ORDER items. Items must be in stock.

4. If you have an address change you must notify us immediately if you do not and we ship it to the address on file and you do not receive the package there is nothing we can do. We are not responsible for your order once it leaves the warehouse, for loss or damage. We will assist you in filing claims and provide all required documents.
5. Any order that is returned to sender will require buyer to pay new shipping fees.
6. Any returned orders that buyer requests to cancel will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and all original shipping fees will not be refunded.
