We do NOT accept Returns of USED items as we ONLY sell NEW products!
RETURN REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
RETURNS can ONLY be done on defective items and you have 7 days from receipt of the item to contact us regarding defective items. If items are damaged in transit we can assist you in filing claims with the shipping carrier.

*Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges unless approved by support department and accompanied by return form. All transactions are final.
*Return shipping labels will not be provided by us UNLESS we have incorrectly filled the order. All other returns are at the expense of the customer.
*If there is an issue with your order we ask that you contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will attempt to remedy the issue to the best of our ability and within reason.
*WORLD 1-1 GAMES are not responsible for lost or damaged orders during shipment, we ask that you contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.
**Please note that backpacks, purses, wallets, and pins will sometimes have irregularities like dips, stitching, or small ink spots. These are not considered defects or flaws and do not qualify for return or exchange.
**All over print items will have different placements on each product. We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges based on placement nor will we guarantee a specific placement.
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will only provide a return label, (at no cost to you) via email for orders that were filled incorrectly. All other Returns the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If items arrive damaged please contact us immediately via email with pictures of shipping container and items in condition upon arrival and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier for damages incurred during shipping.

****ANY GIFT CARDS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES ISSUED FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS ARE VALID FOR 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
PRE-ORDER AND SHIPPING
All Pre-Orders are subject to date changes. These dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are often affected by shipping delays. Please keep this in mind when pre-ordering. These are factors that are solely out of our control. Please feel free to checkout the Pre-Order Update page for regular updates regarding shipments and dates of an item/ pre-order.
CANCELLATIONS:
Pre-Orders that are cancelled will be applied as store credit or issued as digital gift card for future purchases. Orders paid in full and orders made with DEPOSITS, are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO exceptions! On al IN-STOCK orders no cancellations or changes can be made.
SHIPPING:
*WE NO LONGER SHIP TO PO BOXES.
*In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. If there is any delay in shipping, you will be notified through email.
*Email with a tracking number will be sent out once your item has shipped. If your package is lost or damaged please file a claim through the shipping company.
*Your entire order will be shipped at one time, so we ask that you be aware that non pre-order items will not ship until the entire order is IN STOCK. Otherwise we suggest placing separate orders to ensure timely shipping of items and fastest delivery.
*In stock orders start processing right away so we cannot cancel or change it once submitted. Please make sure all your billing and shipping information is correct before placing orders.
*FREE SHIPPING for orders with a subtotal of $100 or more within the contiguous 48 United States.
PAYMENT:
Our store offers a Deposit method of payment, Sezzle, or you may pay in full via CC, PayPal, GooglePay, or one of our other many payment merchants at checkout.
Deposit is $25.00 per item under $100.00 and $50.00 per item over $100.00, which will be applied towards the balance. Please note that DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE if you decide to cancel! The remaining balance will be due within 24 hours of shipment. You will be notified 7 business days before we are to receive the goods. You will be provided with a final invoice 24 hours before shipment and be required to pay, before goods will be shipped to you. You may of course pay it off earlier as you choose. If you submit an order by deposit and you fail to pay, you will forfeit your deposit and this option for future purchases.

Instructions: All returns must included tracking number (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (world1onegames@gmail.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
