RETURN REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
COVID-19 POLICY: At this time RETURNS can ONLY be done on defective items and you have 7 days from receipt of the item to contact us regarding defective items. It is a public health issue that we have no control over. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are in the midst of a pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.
*Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges unless approved by support department and accompanied by return form. All transactions are final.
*If there is an issue with your order we ask that you contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will attempt to remedy the issue to the best of our ability and within reason.
*WORLD 1-1 GAMES are not responsible for lost or damaged orders during shipment, we ask that you contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.
**Please note that backpacks, purses, wallets, and pins will sometimes have irregularities like dips, stitching, or small ink spots. These are not considered defects or flaws and do not qualify for return or exchange.
**All over print items will have different placements on each product. We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges based on placement nor will we guarantee a specific placement.
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label, (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were filled incorrectly. If items arrive damaged please contact us immediately via email with pictures of shipping container and items in condition upon arrival and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier for damages incurred during shipping.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.
Pre-orders - Pay in Full preorders are refundable either in full as account credit or back to original payment method with a 15% cancellation fee*. Deposits on preorders may ONLY be refunded back as account credit.
*Some exclusives, Sale items, and store deals are non-refundable or returnable. Please read the description of items carefully and note any exceptions to our general cancellation policy.
In Stock Items - Cancelling purchases for in stock merchandise is also subject to the 15% cancellation fee when refunding back to payment method. Items that have been shipped cannot be cancelled, nor returned as for the purpose of cancellation.
If you place a deposit on a preorder then the balance due will be placed in your cart when the items are ready to ship. You will automatically have 4 days to pay the balance due once it has been placed in your cart and you will get an email notifying you when it is time to pay. If more time is needed to pay, please contact us at email@example.com and we can help to extend your cart time. When a balance due is not paid, then the original deposit and any associated shipping charge for that order can be refunded back as account credit. Please contact us if you decide you no longer want the item so we can apply your deposit back as account credit as soon as possible. Otherwise, abandoned deposits will eventually be refunded back as account credit but as it must be done manually for each deposit it may take a while for the deposit to be refunded back into your account.
